Body One Strength is a combination of strength and conditioning fundamentals mixed with Strongman/Woman movements. This class is packed with fun and outside of the box training. This unique 8-week strength and conditioning program will meet twice a week to learn how to lift atlas stones, swing a sledge hammer, lift and press kegs, carry farmers handles, push/pull a sled, and use sandbags. You will be tested mentally and physically throughout this course. All fitness levels are welcome. This class is for anyone willing to work hard and have fun.
