Hi-Volume

A high-intensity, high-volume group training class that blends strength work with cardio intervals.


Using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and circuit-style conditioning, the class builds muscular endurance, strength, and overall conditioning.

BodyCon

A 45–60 minute, heart-pumping, calorie-burning conditioning class designed to push your endurance to the next level.


Expect a fast-paced mix of indoor rowing, echo bikes, box jumps, jump rope, burpees, slam balls, wall balls, bodyweight movements, and hill sprints
